Our immersive media design assignment was to create an interactive story.
 I wanted to make a sequel to my immersive space since I felt like there would be so much to explore in the world of Esteria. The story on itself is about loneliness and understanding of others, disguised as the story of a typical hero that is just trying to save what they hold dear.

I created a new main character to fit with the darker theme of the story and gave them something to care about. The main character of this story is named Felt. She’s a forager that collects plants and herbs and sells them. The only friend she has is a magical doll named Stuffs. Stuffs is slowly losing the power to move and Felt goes on an adventure to save him. 

Each island in the kingdom of Esteria has a specific monster they have to ‘fight’. These monsters are all connected to the characters you meet on the different islands and all of them are connected to a feeling of loneliness.
